3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you. slc4d shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security or from unauthorized use of your account.

4.3 Account Suspension and Termination

slc4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• You become subject to self-exclusion or are identified as a problem gambler requiring intervention.
• We detect multiple accounts, bonus abuse, or other violations of fair play principles.
• Legal or regulatory authorities require us to close your account.
• You engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward slc4d staff or other Players.

In the event of account termination for cause, slc4d reserves the right to void any pending bets, forfeit bonus funds, and withhold withdrawal of winnings obtained through breach of these Terms. Deposits made by the Player will generally be returned, minus any applicable fees or charges.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

slc4d accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp) through various payment methods including major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallet platforms (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits.

All deposit transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah with no currency conversion fees charged by slc4d. You warrant that all funds deposited into your slc4d account belong to you, are from legitimate sources, and are not derived from any illegal or criminal activity. slc4d reserves the right to conduct source of funds verification and may request supporting documentation before processing large deposits or withdrawals. Failure to provide requested information may result in transaction delays or account restrictions.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.

slc4d strives to process withdrawal requests as quickly as possible, with average processing times as follows:

• BCA and BRI: 2-5 minutes
• BNI and Mandiri: 3-7 minutes
• Other Indonesian banks: 5-15 minutes

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities. You may not use your slc4d account for money transfer purposes or as a banking facility. Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal is permitted. The slc4d name, logo, and all related brands, product names, and service names are trademarks or registered trademarks of slc4d. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, slc4d, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services.
• Any content obtained from the Services.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• Technical failures, internet service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond our control.
• Software errors, bugs, or glitches that affect game outcomes or account balances.
• Actions taken by third-party payment processors, banks, or financial institutions.

slc4d's total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your slc4d account in the six months preceding the claim, or Rp 1,000,000, whichever is lower.

While we take reasonable measures to ensure platform security and availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to our Services. The platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which slc4d is licensed to operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through the following process:
